Installed latest version of VB to Win 7.
I have File / Machine / Help
there is no Device menu to select!
Without it the manual isn't making sense,
has anyone come across this before
or know what I am doing wrong?
Re-install doesn't fix.

The Device menu is on the guest window not on the Vbox manager window.
