VBox/2 main window doesn't save its position correctly

If VBox/2 main window is closed while it is in minimized status, the size and position is not saved correctly.

Upon reopening, the window is completely off screen.

That is the behaviour when xpager is turned off.

When xpager is turned on, the behaviour is also weird: The window is almost always off screen, when VBox/2 is started.

Just a reminder, as discussed on IRC.

I have noticed this too, have to use Tile or Cascade to bring it back.
