no matter what version 4.0.2 or 3.2.8

I have the same exact problem, with 4.0, older wont even run the VM anymore. same kernel as above mentioned same problem with network adapter.

I have the same exact problem, with 4.0.2, same kernel, but only with NIC Realtek RTL8111/8168.
With NIC Realtek RTL819 everything works well
