Hi All,
what should ip-type (zone parameter) be set to, if we need to
use host only network for VB guests, in opensolaris zones/containers?
i've read that for bridged and nat networks, the settings
are "exclusive" and "shared" respectively.
what about host-only and internal networks?
the reason for the question is that, i have a CRM system
that runs on windows 2008(64bit). it needs 2 systems
with their own NIC.
from reading the user manual, section 6.6 suggests that
one way to deploy VB for this config is to create a host
only network for the 2 VB guests (eg: web and db server),
and to create a bridged nw for the web.
thanks very much in advance,
sam

You need "exclusive ip", I think. The only way to run many "bridged" VMs is to use exclusive-ip in each.
