VBox in a Zoned Superuser

Post by SUNkid1 »

I'm getting this error when simply trying to start my VM to install the OS. Immediately after start, before the BIOS boots I am getting the following error:

Cannot open host device '/devices/pci@0,0/pci108e,4844@1d,7/hub@3/device@4/storage@0/disk@0,0:c,raw' for read-only access. Check the permissions of that device (VERR_ACCESS_DENIED).

I have RWX permissions to the folder my .VMDK is located in. Where am I going wrong?

Also I am a little new to the Unix/Solaris World so a little detail would be appreciated.
