VB hangs during start (critical error)

Have installed XP Prof. SP2 Guest on same host. Systems hangs during start, here comes the log-file. Any ideas (system comes from a vmware file):

Same result with 1.5.4.
Another VM created also with VMWare works fine.
Now I have deactivated LAN but without a better result.

Network problem??

Now I was able to start in save mode without network - it worked. So it seems that it is a network problem because startup hangs during loading network settings at windows logon.

Any help??
