Double Panic in virtual box

Double Panic in virtual box

Installed Virtual Box 3.2.6r63112 on Win7 X64 Ultimate w AMD Dual Core 6000+ w 4GB RAM. Got Hazard 10.6.2 installed but OSx always has a kernal panic even if its left alone.

Panic(cpu 0 caller 0x23462e): "zalloc: \"threads\" (180772 elements) retry fail 3, kfree_nop_count: 0~@/Users/nawcom/Desktop/xnu-1486.2.11/osfmk/kern/zalloc.c.981

No other modifications have been done to the install.

MAC as guest is not designed to work on AMD. It is designed to work on MAC hardware and MAC host OS.

That's not True, is not needed to run in MAC host OS. What's the point on it?

True, Mac OS isn't needed, but Apple doesn't use AMD, so it's a combination that's not supported here.
