Re: v3.2.0 on Leopard crashed trying to setup a new Tiger VM
Using the original Tiger install disc, which is version what exactly? Is it the Intel build, or the PPC one? Only Intel versions are supported and I'm not sure about Tiger being one of the versions supported by VB.

Re: v3.2.0 on Leopard crashed trying to setup a new Tiger VM
The 2006 Mini is an Intel Core Duo; the Install disk was (I believe) 10.4.6
I've Googled for Tiger guests on VirtualBox, and find a number of examples on various hosts, but of course Mac *hosting of Mac* is new to the recent releases of VirtualBox.
I also tried on this iMac host (10.6.3) and get a similar error in trying to boot that Mini disc. I didn't try this machine at first, because it came with Leopard (August 2008) if I recall correctly.

Re: v3.2.0 on Leopard crashed trying to setup a new Tiger VM
I managed to get a tiger intel VM guest built and running with VB 3.2.0 beta 2 and it continued to work with beta 3 but failed to start with similar error with the official release of 3.2.0.
My host is a MacBook Pro5,2 and running OS X client 10.6.3.

bug id?
I saw this post http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=25528 said dropping support for tiger, although it's not clear whether as a host only or also as a guest.

Read again. It says in two place HOST
Some say: "You learn as long as you live".
