VM banned to the systray

It would be very nice, if a VM can be banned to the systray and not be present in the taskbar.

In Deutsch: Schön wäre es, ein seamless Windows nicht mehr auf der Startleiste des Hosts zu haben, sondern nur im Systray.

I'd like the other way and have the controller minimize to the tray. I'm always clicking the controller when I mean to restore a virtual machine I'm working with.
