I hope that one day it will be possible to use VirtualBox and have all the "power" of Windows xx (graphics + memory) by using it.

A Virtualbox guest will always perform at less than the host PC's full potential, because Virtualbox is a type-2 hypervisor that must be installed as an app in a previously-installed OS.
You would want a type-1 hypervisor, to get access to the full hardware power. (Although even then you would not get full power, because you must have one VM designated as the control VM, which takes away from the available power.)
For full power, skip hypervisors and run on bare metal.
