is it possible to boot a pc directly into a saved snapshot machine state after bios has booted?
on 1st boot instead of loading the main original operating system. i think that booting directly into a snapshot would be much quicker than waiting for the operating system to load all drivers each time i turn on the pc.

Your question is mistaken. If you restart a saved state there is no boot process.
Also you seem to be confusing snapshots with saved states: e.g. snapshots do not give you faster boot times.
