In no doubt VirtualBox is excellent, I am eager to hope the following features be available in future version:
1. Run virtualbox as a Windows service to start virtual machine upon windows boot up without need to log in;
2. Add virtual wireless adapter to support WIFI network in guest machine.

Take a look at "[VBoxVmService] -> Discussion & Support". It's from a 3rd party developer, but it seems that quite a few people use it.
