VirtualBox for Android ?

The reason I have this suggestion is because I needs a device:

1. to run Whatsapp ( not Windows + Phone )
2. to learn latest C++ using GNU or DJGPP running under MSDOS FAST.
3. that is lite and portable, easy to carry to run Windows for software demo during meeting or drinking coffee at Starbucks ( not using bulky or expensive lite notebook ).
4. sized 6.44" or 6.8" android operating system served a better visual screen yet with phone features.

Hopes, this is possible
