[request] improved snapshot switching

could you please consider the following changes to possibly improve switching snapshots:
- currently, while a VM is running, the 'Restore Snapshot' context-menu items in the VM's snapshot window are greyed out. please enable these items and make then do the following (when the VM is running)
- power off the VM
- restore the snapshot
- start the VM
- in the VM's 'Machine' menu, add a 'Revert to Snapshot' sub-menu that shows the current state's ancestors and does the same as above.
