Make read-only access to Developers Corner public

Hi, I have a casual interest in learning about more of the development of the software I use. I was perusing the mailing list, which is open, but I noticed on https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Community that "[the Developers Corner] is only accessible by forum users in the group Volunteers to keep the noise level down, so feel free to ask a friendly forum admin to be included". If the forum was read-only for the public or regular users, it wouldn't create any noise? Is that a technical limitation?

Thanks for the proposal. Implemented it today. From now on everyone who is logged in can access the developers corner (read-only). For posting anything one still needs to ask an admin to be included in the 'Volunteers' group.
