Hide the taskbar icon

I would like to suggest that we have an option to hide the Windows taskbar icon. After using the VBox Manager to open a VM, I can close the GUI while continuing to use the guest's window, but that still leaves the one icon running on the Taskbar. I have no use for that icon, and I could make better use of the space for other things. A lot of programs have options to hide their icons.

If you do a search for tray on the forum, you'll find that few users already propose their own free software to do this, since VB doesn't, like this one.
