Feature req:Run Guest Applications directly on Host Desktop

My compliments to VirtualBox Developer, it's a good virtualization software, it's GPL, it's fantastic !!

Nevertheless I am missing one feature : a Unity like vmware beta fusion feature !!

Run Windows XP applications directly on our Host Desktop !! Easily switch between any open application and full integration with host keyboard shortcuts and the ALT+TAB in host !!

This might be a cool and fantastic feature on the next release !!
