Please can we have a menu in the VirtualBox GUI that can check for program updates? saves having to check the website to see if there are any updates available.

this would be redundant... when you add the repository and don't remove it, you will always be asked if you want to upgrade if there is a new version...
....without this i would still be using 1.3.x instead of 1.5 :-)

ps: the seamless feature IS JUST GREAT!!! and the shared folder, physical disk improvements/features are very much appreciated too!!!!
