[Feature request] Right click menu on window header in scaled mode

Hi dear VirtualBox team !

This would be a very useful and simple to implement feature that has been missing for a long time.
I'm thinking of a plain full-fledged menu in scaled mode on the top window border.

I've just started using a scaled VM regularly and I too would find that a menu bar would be useful: at least a right-click-the-window-title-bar pop-up menu, or a Fullscreen-style mini popup bar.

Enhancement requests can be posted in the Bugtracker. The devs reported a year-ish ago that they were going to update Scaled Mode, but I'm sure 7.0 cut across that...
