Hello everyone
I've been using this on my MacBook Pro and I was using it with Windows 8 and it was working fine, but then I upgrade it to Win 10, and now when I go to the menu and it Insert Guest Addition doesn't maximize the window, is always still.
Can someone please help me to know how to resolve this issue?

"Insert Guest Addition" does not maximize the guest window. This command inserts the Guest Additions CD image into the guest's CD drive. You then run the Guest Additions installer in the guest's CD drive, then when Guest Additions are installed properly, the guest should maximize or go full-screen.
