Hi,
I have a new issue with my VM : when I launch my Window XP session, I loose the keyboard and the mouse connection on my Mac. I cannot do anything but hard reboot. I tried many solutions but I have not succeeded. I just found this way: to deactivate the USB before launching Windows...
Is there anyone has an idea to fix it ?

Sounds like you have a blank but active USB filter. Such a filter grabs every USB device that can be grabbed from the host. Go to the guest's USB settings and delete the filters.
If you can't see the filters, run the following command in your terminal and post the text output here:
vboxmanage showvminfo "name of the XP guest"
