What did I do?
I updated VirtualBox to Version 6.1.2 r135662 (Qt5.6.3) today.
After booting an Ubuntu 18.04 64 Bit Guest I selected "Insert Guest Additions CD image…" from the Devices Menu which resulted in a crash of the VM.
