Hi there
I have been fiddling with the new feature in since 2.0.0 for the Mac OS version - Host Interface
I have now installed 2.0.2, and have selected this network type, attached to my Airport interface. The VM is XP SP3
I've installed the latest additions software, but I can't for the life of me get the network card in the VM to pick up and IP.
What am I doing wrong? Unfortunately the documentation is a little vague.

it seems that there are problems with DHCP.
I suggest you set your client system (XP) to use a fixed IP of your WLAN range (be sure to use a free address and one that will not be used for DHCP by some other system in your WLAN).
If you still have problems, I suggest you use fixed IP address even for your host system (Mac).
For me, this solved my problems (but I only use Linux guests).
