I seem to have resolved my problem by disabling 3D & 2D acceleration. I am running VBox v. 6.0.14 and confirmed that GA 6.0.14 was installed. After forcibly shutting down Guest Windows 10, I experimented with the new Graphics Controller settings in Settings > Display > Screen. VBoxSVGA with both Accelrations unselected seems to do the trick. I hope this helps others with the same problem. My original plea for help is unaltered below (other than fixing a couple of typos).
Does anybody here know how to diagnose and fix Windows 10 starting up and running slowly? I'm not sure what's wrong, and now I can only start up headless. VBOX is maxing out my CPU when I open & run Windows. I've attached 4 recent logs and hope those are helpful.
HOST Mac OS 20.15 Catalina
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
GUEST
Windows 10 Pro, V 8.3, build 17134.950
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
