Hi, Is it possible to install simultaneously install VirtualBox 5.2.xx (5.2.32) and VirtualBox 6.0.xx (6.0.12) in macOS 10.12 Sierra.
What preventions I need to performs?
I want to test 6.0.12 without lost my 5.2.32 functionality in case I need to reverse them.

Not on 10.12, not on any OSX, not on anything. You cannot have 2 versions installed in parallel.
What "functionality" are you afraid of losing? And you can always revert back with no problems.
