Set the above today, and started Solaris 11.4 VM running with GUI and the same BT keyboard connected... My mac is still running, no kernel panic! Nice.

I had the same issue, and reported in ticket #19062 (i realize now it's a duplicate of #18107).

Code: Select all

VBoxManage setextradata global GUI/HidLedsSync 0
resolved this issues and I can no longer reproduce the kernel panic.
