Hi. After I installed VirtualBox my arrow keys and bracket keys do not work in any application, in the box or just in MacOS. I have Mouse Keys off. Has anyone seen this and corrected it? Thanks
Jay

- What's the "box"?
- Just by installing VirtualBox you observed that? No VMs running?
- What else do you have installed on your OSX that affects the system?
- What's the output of:
kextstat | grep -v com.apple

Re: Keyboard issues after install on High Sierra
Thanks. I run Windows 10 in the VirtualBox. The keyboard issues are occuring even when I have the VirtualBox shut down. I have had Bitdefender for quite a while and keys were working after it was installed. No other new installs.
Here is the output from kextstat | grep -v com.apple:

Re: Keyboard issues after install on High Sierra
OK, it doesn't make sense to point the blame to VirtualBox then. In any event, the next step is to uninstall VirtualBox. Mount the "VirtualBox-5.2.20-125813-OSX.dmg" from the Finder. Run the "VirtualBox_Uninstall.tool". Optionally, reboot your computer (you shouldn't have to). Do you still have a problem with the keyboard?Jayip wrote:The keyboard issues are occuring even when I have the VirtualBox shut down.
