[Resolved] Windows 10 saved state crashes after upgrade to Mohave

Post by ZenJim »

I've upgraded my host macOS to latest Mohave 10.14 and now when I try to open my Windows 10 guest from saved state, at the completion of the progress bar, the window closes and gives the following error:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Win10.

Failed to load unit 'vga' (VERR_SSM_LOADED_TOO_MUCH).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: ConsoleWrap
Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed}

Discard the saved state. That will make the VM bootable/accessible again.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
