Windows 10 guest on OSX Host.
Latest version of Virtual Box with Guest additions.
When I move the guest window, the frame moves but the window stays where it is.
Resizing the Frame resets it. Can't figure out why. Been having the problem for last 2 months.
I've attached a pdf which shows:
before moving
after moving
after resizing
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like it is the same as a known issue with High Sierra. See #17168: VB display frame and content are no longer bound in High Sierra (osx 10.13) for details of the available workarounds.

That's a 10.13.x issue as Andy said. Moving to "OSX Hosts" from "Windows Guests".
