Windows is not available

I cannot start windows.
Until yesterday it all worked perfect

The message is:
Cannot attach medium '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' {d11a02f4-93c6-4f18-8a5a-11e7b75b67ca}: medium is already associated with the current state of machine uuid {e906c61f-adf9-4dd4-88cd-d9c7a1858518}!.

Resultaatcode: VBOX_E_OBJECT_IN_USE (0x80BB000C)

It is not recommended that you upgrade VirtualBox while you have VMs in a suspended state, especially when the suspended state has a ISO file mounted that the upgrade is about to replace.

It's probably best now if you discard the saved state (right click VM in manager, discard saved state).

is it perhaps possible that someone helps me to fix this with using Teamvieuwer?

You had a snapshot. That snapshot had the Guest Additions (GAs) CD mounted. When you updated VirtualBox, the reference of that CD changed. That's why you get the error.

Read my previous post again, it already told you what to do i.e. (right click VM in manager, discard saved state).

In the VM manager - i.e. the list of VMs you see when you start the software, not the Virtual Media Manager.

That is the same question as last time, and it has the same answer. Your picture shows the virtual media manager, which is not correct.

When i start up i see this.

Right-click on the VM, "Show in Finder". Post that .vbox file...
