I cannot start windows.
Until yesterday it all worked perfect
The message is:
Cannot attach medium '/Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' {d11a02f4-93c6-4f18-8a5a-11e7b75b67ca}: medium is already associated with the current state of machine uuid {e906c61f-adf9-4dd4-88cd-d9c7a1858518}!.
It is not recommended that you upgrade VirtualBox while you have VMs in a suspended state, especially when the suspended state has a ISO file mounted that the upgrade is about to replace.
It's probably best now if you discard the saved state (right click VM in manager, discard saved state).
You had a snapshot. That snapshot had the Guest Additions (GAs) CD mounted. When you updated VirtualBox, the reference of that CD changed. That's why you get the error.

Right-click on the VM, "Show in Finder". Post that .vbox file...
