Hi,
I have a win7 guest OS installed in the Virtualbox in my Macbook pro. I can access the files in the shared folder in the guest OS but when I run a installed software as administrator, I cannot see the shared folder in the installed software's open files option. I just wonder how should I fix this?
Thanks in advance.

You should talk to the people that wrote the software.
If you can't try to map the shared folder to a drive letter.
If that doesn't work, try to use a Samba shared folder instead of a VirtualBox shared folder.
