HI
I'm having trouble with my Windows 10 installation on VirtualBox.
This is on a MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3 (17D47) installation.
It's the latest VirtualBox, Version 5.2.6 r120293 (Qt5.6.3).
Repeatedly, the system just locks up and I cannot reset or shutdown, but have to Power Down, and even the power down doesn't complete, so I have to use the ESC-ALT-CMD to then force kill the VM from running.
I don't know what is causing the problem. This is a new problem.
Any ideas?

Re: Windows 10 locks up on MacOS High Sierra
We're going to need to see a VM log from a complete VM run, from when the freezing happens:
- Start the VM from cold-boot (not from a paused or saved state) / Observe error / Shutdown the VM (force close it if you have to).
- With the VM completely shut down (not paused or saved), right-click on the VM in the VirtualBox Manager and select "Show Log".
- Save only the first "VBox.log", ZIP it and attach it to your response (see the "Upload attachment" tab below the reply form).
Since when? What happened to the system, both host and guest?azusastreet wrote:This is a new problem.
