VM fails to start

Post by ikaur »

I am creating a new Ubuntu VM but when I start it it unexpectedly closes down with the following Guru Meditation error: "A critical error has occurred while running the VM and machine execution has stopped"

I am attaching the log file as well. Please help me look for a clue!

That's a hard one to figure out. Can you pinpoint what were you doing? I can't seem to be able to find anything in the logs...

I have this error in the very first step while running the Virtual Machine. When I add the Ubuntu Desktop to the Virtual Box and start it, it throws up this error. I have tried everything with new sources, rebooting, updating the computer but it doesn't work.
