I am attaching the log file as well. Please help me look for a clue!

Re: VM fails to start
That's a hard one to figure out. Can you pinpoint what were you doing? I can't seem to be able to find anything in the logs...00:00:03.962476 !! VCPU0: Guru Meditation 1155 (VINF_EM_TRIPLE_FAULT)

Re: VM fails to start
I have this error in the very first step while running the Virtual Machine. When I add the Ubuntu Desktop to the Virtual Box and start it, it throws up this error. I have tried everything with new sources, rebooting, updating the computer but it doesn't work.
