Re: kernel panic on mac osx sierra 10.12.6

For future reference, please do not simply copy/paste huge chunks of text verbatim. Instead save the information in a simple, plain text file, zip that file and attach that.

• Is this reproducible?
• Have you re-installed VirtualBox after your update to 10.12.6?
• Have you rebooted your computer lately?

If the above pointers don't improve the situation, notice that there is a suspect kext installed: "com.joshuawise.kexts.HoRNDIS", which is a USB tethering driver for your Android phone. As per the developer's notes (emphasis mine):
Versions of Mac OS X 10.11 and newer have a rewritten USB stack that is substantially less compatible than that in 10.10 and below. Unfortunately, Apple have not published any documentation for the new-style USB interfaces exposed in 10.11, so HoRNDIS can only use the USB APIs available in 10.10 and below, which have been broken in newer versions of OS X. As such, newer versions of OS X may have difficulty connecting to certain devices.

Dear Socratis,
first of all thank you very much for your prompt reply.
I apologize for not having uploaded a compact zip file of my system log.
After the kernel panic, I did not reinstall VirtualBox but just the VM because it was completely messed up,
but I removed the horndis module and so far I did not get
other kernel panic. Nevertheless, horndis developer concern seems to be about
compatibility of devices, do you think horndis module can cause kernel panics due
to bad interaction with VirtualBox kernel modules?

There might be a chance that if they haven't updated the kext that there are more incompatibilities, not only the device availability and connectivity. I'm not sure why the HoRNDIS developer claims that the USB API is not public anymore. It's really weird and I haven't heard anything else related to that. I'll have to ask the developers about it come Monday.

Im running MacBook Pro Mid 2015

The only two apps I have updated recently are VirtualBox and Atom.
These are the items that all failed at the same time of the panic.

You *do* realize that every crash cannot be attributed to VirtualBox, right? In fact everyone and their mother crashed into your system at the same time. And if you open your .crash files, you'll see that VirtualBox isn't even responsible for that:
BSD process name corresponding to current thread: VTDecoderXPCServ
BSD process name corresponding to current thread: VDCAssistant
Both of these processes are Apple system processes, the first one having to do with decoding video and the second with the iSight camera.

Plus I see the following kexts:
com.asix.driver.ax88179-178a 1.7.0
com.kairos.driver.DuetDisplay 2
com.kaspersky.kext.kimul 46
com.kaspersky.kext.klif 3.5.2a8
com.kaspersky.kext.mark.1.0.6 1.0.6
com.kaspersky.nke 2.3.0a7
com.Logitech.Control Center.HID Driver 3.9.5
com.Logitech.Unifying.HID Driver 1.3.5
com.vmware.kext.vmci 90.8.1
com.vmware.kext.vmioplug.15.2.1 15.2.1
com.vmware.kext.vmnet 0582.40.40
com.vmware.kext.vmx86 0582.40.40
I would put the same scrutiny to any, or all of these...
