I have windows 10 installed in a VM and accidentally deleted a folder from a shared folder on my mac ... how do I recover it?
From windows I deleted a shared mac folder
In the trash of windows does not appear anything and in the bin of mac also not
HOW Undelete Files ? please Help

Non-local files/folders are not directed to the Recycle Bin/Trash. They are deleted immediately.
