Moving Win7P 64b VM to another Mac

I need to move my existing VM for Windows 7 Professional 64bits to another MacBook Pro. Both Macs are running VirtualBox 5.1.18 on MacOS Sierra (10.12.4). I have tried several methods posted over the Internet (based on older versions of VirtualBox) but none of them worked. Anybody can help me on this?

How to move guests created with => version 4.*
