5.1.x and Games

With the newest Virtualbox builds (5.1.x) I'm having a problem that the mouse movement and clicks in games like Medal of Honor Breakthrough is delayed by a second. This causes a problem of course for users.

I've been using the setup of having a separate partition for OS X Mountain Lion with Virtualbox 4.3.26 for the reason that it plays my games so well. Both Windows 7 and XP work great in this setup. Now I'm running into problems because Apple isn't supporting Mountain Lion on any of the new Macs and it won't install to do a separate build.

Is there a solution to the mouse lag issue that was solved in 4.3.26 but is back in 5.1.x
