Hi,
I have a Win7 guest running on a MacOS El Capitan host. The guest regularly goes into "Guru Meditation" state and VBox requires me to power it off. The timing varies (sometimes it happens within the first minute or two, sometimes it takes two hours) but it happens consistently.
Attached are the current settings and the log file. Any help/guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

OK, this is getting worse by the day. Unfortunately the problem is not with your guest, but with your host, so moving from "Windows guests" to "OSX hosts".00:00:01.097998 DMI Product Name: MacBookAir6,2 00:00:01.573291 Full Name: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4650U CPU @ 1.70GHz" 01:44:13.269428 !! Downgrade to 5.0.x and it most probably will go away. It's a known issue with 5.1.x on OSX hosts.

Thanks for the prompt response and help! Downgrading appears to have solved the problem.
