Increase storage

Post by peabody »

I am using a virtual Windows 10 on a MacBook Pro running Sierra. If I try to update the Windows 10, it says I need more space. Is there a way to easily increase the dynamic storage, for those of us who are not programmers?
Thanks!

But... you're already in Windows 10! In any event, from the FAQ: How to resize a Virtual Drive.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

Yes, I have seen that post, but I have no idea of how I would use that command.

From /Applications/Utilities/Terminal. If you're not familiar or comfortable with this, maybe the resize isn't for you. Ask a friend to help you out.
