I have mac os 10.10.5 and vbox 5.1.4. My client os is windows 10 enterprise. It crashes when I am working in it with the error in the pic. I have also attached logs. Did this even after a reboot.

Re: vbox 5.1.4 crash issue
I'm afraid I don't do "tiff". Do you have the image in a more widely used open format, for example PNG or JPG?
I'm slightly concerned by the name of the VM: "windows 10 x64 from vmware", because the first fight is to eliminate all VMWare tools from this image. I see that the actual crash is something I've never seen before :-

Is this a release version of Win10, or an old beta?VBox.log wrote: 00:12:09.079993 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I meant to say "next time" for the tiff, because in fact the log told me what I needed to know.
The important parts of my previous response are beyond the first line.

Re: vbox 5.1.4 crash issue
Its the newest release. Its also the enterprise version.
The reason why I gave it that name is I did transfer it as for some reason none on the iso's will let me install windows 10. It asks for an HD controller driver.
I did uninstall all vmaware items.

Well, the fact remains that you got an illegal processor instruction exception, which I very much doubt you'll get with any code that is native to Windows 10. So, that leaves either a corrupted disk, or bad device drivers.

Re: vbox 5.1.4 crash issue
could it have something to do with audio or the 3d part of vbox?
Sometimes it works great for 15 minutes + and other crashes after 2/3

Re: vbox 5.1.4 crash issue
Not sure what you mean by "3rd part of vbox".
But the audio part may be a good candidate for the crashes. Try changing the Audio, Host Driver to "Null Audio Driver", or download one of the test builds (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds) and see if that changes the situation. They're actively working on the audio front.
