VM is not able to start after migrating from VMWare using OVF

Hi,

I exported a Windows VM built in VMWare using the .ovf format. This procedure has worked before with other VM's, but now I have a VM that is not able to start, after importing its corresponding ovf, using the Import Appliance feature in VirtualBox. Actually, this VM is the same base image as other VM's I was able to migrate from VMWare to VirtualBox. I'm attaching the log to see if anyone can help me finding out what the issue is. Thanks in advance!
