MacBookPro Host > WinXPPro Guest > ntkrnlmp.exe error

I just downloaded VirtualBox 1.6.2 and installed it on my MacBookPro (2GB RAM)
I started to create a VirtualMachine with several different setups
so I tried
HD dynamic / fixed
and
RAM 128MB / 256MB / 512MB
worked fine until I tried to SetUp WindowsXPProfessional SP2
when I start the VM it started booting from CD and WindowsSetUp started
after some minutes of activity I get this one:
"Ntkrnlmp.exe Could Not Be Loaded. The Error Code Is 7"

does anyone know this issue or even better any solution?
