I'm struggling to find a way to get files from my Mac to virtual box, I have followed youtube guide changing drag n drop to bidirectional etc. However when I get to the part on windows where I go into windows explorer and look for shared file its not there like on tutorial. I have tried others with no success, any suggestions?
Thanks,
Matt

Exactly which version of VirtualBox? 5.0.0, 5.0.2, 5.0.4 etc. There is no 5.0 version.

No, you choose "Insert Guest Additions CD Image…" from the Devices Menu, then run the installer in safe mode.

Just an aside, you may want to at least glance at the VirtualBox user manual.
