I'm new to virtual boxes but getting error codes, I was wondering if they were common and how I should go about rectifying them.
1) The snapshot folder of this VM **** seems to be located on a FAT(32) file system. The logical size is medium ********* (10GB) is bigger than the file system can handle (4GB).
We strongly recommend to put all your virtual disk images and the snapshot folder onto a proper file system (e.g. ext3).
Can anyone recommend how I can fix this, sorry I'm great at IT just a browser!

Re: Error codes help needed
External drives are often FAT32 formatted for maximum portability, however FAT32 is a legacy (Win95 era) filesystem which allows 4GB max size for individual files. The virtual drive of a VM will almost always exceed this.
I would never run a VM from a removable drive - I consider it unsafe and expect that performance would be poor. If forced, I would select NTFS as the filesystem on the drive, because I'm a Windows host user. You'll have to choose an appropriate filesystem for your own circumstances
