Nokia N73 USB not working

Hi!
I just got a Nokia N73. While synchronizing works fine with iSinc, I can't use Nokia Maps with my Mac.
So I figured I'd connect the phone to my WindowsXP in Virtual Box, but this doesn't work. Whenever I chose my Phone in the Devices-list nothing happens...
Does somebody know how to do this?
