Error installing win7 on virtualbox 5.0

I want to install win7, but there's a failure message as follows. How can I fix this? Thx!

Also getting this issue....

Permissions are set to Read only for Application and Libraries folder, tried setting to Read + Write and made no difference..

Updating VirtualBox to 5.0.2 should fix it.
