Can't install Extension Pack

Today I installed VirtualBox at first it seemed successful.

Later as I added the Extension Pack it failed due to incompatible library issues:

"Reason: Incompatible library version: VBoxPuelMain.dylib requires version 5.0.2 or later, but VBoxVMM.dylib provides version 5.0.0."

I am confused because I thought I was running version 5.0.2.

From [insert VirtualBox] I downloaded [insert download VirtualBox]VirtualBox-5.0.2-102096-OSX.dmg .....( Sorry I'm new and the forum won't allow my to include URLs)
The downloaded file is named

VirtualBox-5.0.2-102096-OSX.dmg

Yet when I install that same file "About VirtualBox" reads "Version 5.0.0 r101573"
As does

$ VBoxManage --version
5.0.0r101573

I also tried running "Check for Updates..." and it fails with the following message:

The network operation failed with the following error: Unknown reason.

How can I install VirtualBox 5.0.2?
