I'm surprised your guest runs at all. You have more memory assigned to the guest than the host has available.
00:00:01.289310 Host RAM: 8192MB total, 3242MB available
00:00:01.499330 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000100000000 (4 294 967 296, 4 GB)
You have both physical cores assigned to the guest.
00:00:01.835649 Physical host cores: 2
00:00:01.499326 NumCPUs <integer> = 0x0000000000000002 (2)
I don't know if that's why the mouse etc. aren't working but it can't nelp.

The log is not wrong, your arithmetic is. Your PC has 8GB installed, OS X uses a big chunk of it (it can't run with nothing), leaving 3.2GB available for use. The general rule of thumb is that you shouldn't assign more than half of your available RAM to a VM, hence no more than around 1.5GB.

I'm not sure why you are suddenly talking about 4.3.2? The topic title (and your log) says you are running 4.3.24.

You can find old extension packs in the same place you find older VirtualBox installers.
