VirtualBox freezed OSX, after restart the VM is broken

hi,
VirtualBox just freezed my whole OSX (10.4). Since I have restarted, the VM is broken now.
the XML file exists!

i have fixed it!
the were 5 lines misstyped... but who has modified them?
Crashes my Mac Pro and Parallels as well

I have been running a Parallels Bootcamp for a while and have used VirtualBox for a week in tandem with Parallels.
This morning I opened VirtualBox and when I started a XP VM my Mac crashed telling me to turn off.
This happened only one on XP VM.
Any ideas?
