From Linux to Mac

Hi. I used to have Windows installed as a guest on a Linux host. I have the virtual disk for Windows installed on a separate partition. Now I have moved from Linux to Mac, and I want to use the same virtual disk as previously. I configured Virtual box on Mac the same way I did on Linux, but I get a BSOD in Windows with the error code STOP: 0x0000007B.

Any ideas on how to get it working?

Did you try to set "Settings->General->Advanced->IDE Controller Type" to "PIIX3"?

You could also try using your Linux configuration file of you Virtual Machine to ensure that the settings are exactly the same.
